Home Made Pasta Sauce




With all our excess tomatoes, its time to make our pasta sauce!!!!!!
First we half the tomatoes and then slowly roast in the oven with garlic, olive oil, herbs and spices, after roasting for a good half hr or so, it's time to boil the sauce into a nice a thick pasta sauce.
I think Kristy is planning a hearty marinara pasta for tomorrow night.... Can't wait!!!!!!
