Most of Summer is enjoyable expect when it's time to shear the sheep. Shearing sheep is back breaking work and we as Australians need to pay our respects to those men that helped build our Nation off the sheep's back. You could only imagine how hard those blokes did it in the early days. Dad and I had 15 sheep and lambs to shear and it took us just about the entire day. If we were professional shearers we would of pocketed a whopping $30 between us. Can't wait to see what the wool broker is going to pay for our wool...... NOT.
