That one day in September for us isn't that special last Saturday of the Month, where the best two sides of the AFL go head to head for the premiership flag, rather it is the 13/9 where we get to celebrate our Zach's Birthday.
This year was his 5th and Zach choose to celebrate by entertaining his friends and family by choosing a AFL Football theme for his party....
As soon as Danny Famerot heard that Zachy boy wanted a AFL themed party, he was so excited, he started planning the party immediately.
He had a list of AFL stars he wanted to secure as special guests, unfortunately Buddy Franklin cancelled at the last minute, so his management sent Danny 'Strauchanie' Koleski to run the Auskick style activities.
Strauchnie was in his element, he was delighted to see the kids getting into the activities. The kids got to show off their Agility, Hand Balling, Marking and Goal Kicking skills, and I think we uncovered some really talented kids, the future of Country footy is looking good in this neck of the woods. Medals were awarded  to the all the kids for their great sportsmanship, with adoring fans cheering as they were presented their medals. I think there might of been some Dimir Dokic type parents amongst the adoring fans LOL!!! lets hope not.

Thank you to everyone for attending and really making it a wonderful day for Strauchnie, I mean Zach. He really, really loved every minute of it.
Later that evening when we got home, I don't know where Zach found the energy to open up the mountain high stack of presents he was given, but some how he managed to do it, I think he was lucky Tatey boy volunteered to help!
The funniest thing was the very next morning, Zachy boy could hardly walk,he limped out of bed and didn't move off the couch for the rest of the day, he was sore for two days, the poor thing did so much running throughout the day, his poor little legs were spent, however you couldn't wipe the grin off his face...

Once again thanks to everyone for attending, it was great having you...

P.S Keep Punching.
