The time has come to harvest our cherries. The cherry tree's have produced plenty of fruit this year, and there is only so many fresh cherries you can eat before you start to get creative.....
So we have made the below with the excess:
Cherry Pie
Cherry Syrup (to be used to make cordials, ice cream toppings etc.)
Cherry Jam
Cherry Leather ( i.e roll ups)
So as you can see we have been busy in the kitchen as well as in the field.
Don't mention the clean up......
