We set off into the Pine Forest last Saturday morning, on a pine cone finding expedition,why pine cones? well for those of you that don't know, they are great fire starters!!!!!
Zach & Tate were having a ball, they were eagerly gathering as many pine cones and sticks as they could .
These forest are also great for gathering pine mushrooms (Slippery jacks and Saffron Milk Caps) in the Autumn Months.
